If you are a company or producer then please also submit a copy of your company logo which we can also add alongside your details.

If you are a model you should register under your stage name and if possible please send a g-rated photo that we can add alongside your details.

If you are an interested party but not directly linked to the production industry such as a distributor, a retailer or health support group then please do submit your details - all support for the Code of Practice will be beneficial to the industry.
